homecoming carnival yesterday.. haha somehow my class managed to escape buying the carnival tee.. came only at ten plus.. got quite a shock when i was walking in from the gate cos the canteen was filled with orange.. haha.. but it was a pity tt it rained in the morning and they couldn't do the launch outdoors.. it would be quite nice seeing all the balloons fly up into the sky and the huge balls bouncing around..
went around looking at the stalls and trying to squeeze past the crowd.. seems as if it was mostly the current students and teachers who were the patrons.. met the oac pple and went to the haunted house.. haha got adrenaline rush inside lor.. decided to scream at the girl who was sitting on the floor and holding a doll.. think she was a bit overwhelmed.. haha.. even though it wasn't scary it was still quite fun tripping over the steps and wondering when the ghosts would spring out..
then walked around some more and witnessed lk's dunking.. so sad man he climbed up the plank and fell in by himself! argh.. anti-climax =p but quite ke lian also cos it was drizzling and it can be quite cold when you are wet.. went to the 68 stall too.. ahh quite pathetic couldn't manage to feel the furry balls.. haha.. then bought food and wandered around some more not knowing what to do.. and saw rudy lee getting dunked.. he's quite a good sport.. but still he looked so out of place sitting on the plank cos he was so si1 wen2.. haha.. then poor sy got pie-d.. aiyoh..
went to suntec later to see the scholarship thing.. nothing much there actually.. then went to eat.. haha originally wanted to walk around with sophie then in the end no one wanted to go..
read the newspapers talking about the grand dinner thing.. apparently the older ex-students were more receptive to the new name (or maybe more resigned) as compared to the current students.. hmmm.. oh well as they said it's the spirit that matters.. a name is just a name..
bleah.. raining cats and dogs now.. supposed to join oac pple for the fireworks festival.. crap. hope they had fun.. bleah. rotting rocks..
